Congratulations to your whole team! You should be very proud of this book! The praise is well-deserved. It was very frightening for us to go with a new printer, far away, on a major project for the first time. I just received the proof for the new cover. WOW! It looks fantastic. It is so much better than I was expecting. It is so crisp, sharp, and vibrant....just perfect. Thanks for helping make it right. Once again, I am extremely happy with the way the latest book turned out just as beautiful as the first. I wasn’t expecting it but I just received a bound version of the book with all the pages printed. I am absolutely ecstatic at how beautiful the print looks. It is truly as nice as any book I have ever seen printed before. All I can say is wow and thanks. I got an unbound version of the book this morning, and I am blown away once again by how perfect it looks. I can't find anything wrong with it at all. The color, print, cutting, and everything else is absolutely perfect. Thank you for making such a good print. Can't wait for the advance copies to arrive. |

| I've just been taking the book to bookstores to see if they will carry it. "Wow. It's beautiful." "I cannot believe this is self-published." "It's really beautiful." "The photographs really jump off the page." Over and over again, the book takes people's breath away. And they are right ... it is as stunning and top-notch as any book ever made. The quality is superb and I am so happy with the whole thing - working with both of you, the way it looks, all of it has been blissful. I am so thrilled with it that I wanted to stop people ... and say "Look at my book!!!!" THANK YOU. Thank you for taking 5 years of my life, my heart and soul, and turning it into something I am very proud of and that is a tremendous honor to those who shared their stories with me. You ladies ROCK! Have a great holiday - I will because I just got my most treasured present. |

| In My Backyard shipment was received yesterday and I want to thank you and the folks at Times Malaysia for a job well done. Hardcover, paperback and F&Gs look good and I particularly want to get word back to Times Malaysia that the packing for export shipment was impressive. 2-ply carton, pallet, banding and shrink-wrap were excellent and I appreciate their attention to detail. They brought the job in on time and with quality. When next we look elsewhere, we will remember. |
